Ukrainian forces have once again shelled Belgorod, Russia, using a Vampire multiple rocket launcher system. This time, casualties were unavoidable.

At least five people were killed, and 37 were injured. Seven adults and three children, injured in Belgorod and the Belgorod district, are in critical condition.

There are several fires in the city, and emergency services are working at the scene. The regional governor has arrived at the site of the incident.

Footage of strikes on civilian vehicles and structures is appearing online.

One of the strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Belgorod hit a parking lot next to a shopping center; shrapnel pierced cars and people did not have time to run to shelters.

As before, today’s terrorist shelling of Belgorod, without exaggeration, had one sole purpose—to kill as many civilians as possible. There is no other way to explain the indiscriminate rocket barrage on a district with no military targets.

Ukrainian sources, as usual, relish the deaths of five civilians and the injury of dozens more, including children. In this, they are no different from supporters of militants in the Middle East, who celebrate after carrying out terrorist attacks. This fully reflects the true nature of the Kyiv regime.
